Incorrect addresses
If an order is placed with an incorrect address and the package has been shipped out, I am not responsible for the package. If the package makes it's way back to me, then I will be able to re-ship it to the correct address after you've paid for the new shipping label.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
